Reaching to over 240 metres in height the building consists of two iconic 50 storey towers.

Delmon supplied 100,000 cubic metres of concrete to the project. The Company achieved a record in Bahrain by completing each of the two 4,000 cubic metre foundation pours in less than 24 hours. To reach the full height the company utilised a high capacity static concrete pump and two hydraulic placing booms.

The Four Seasons Hotel rises over 200 metres above Bahrain Bay, transforming the Manama skyline. Situated on an island in the centre of the Bahrain Bay, construction work on site commenced in 2010.

Delmon supplied over 50,000 cubic metres of high performance concrete for the twin towers, most of which is 60N self-compacting concrete. The Company used two high capacity static concrete pumps feeding a hydraulic placing boom located in each tower.

Located on the southern tip of Bahrain Durrat Al Bahrain is one of the world’s most distinctive island developments. The Durrat development consists of 15 interconnected islands along with a marina and planned golf course.

Over a five year period Delmon supplied over 300,000 cubic metres of concrete from its on-site batching plants. Supplying to housing, bridges, quay wall precast blocks, roads and infrastructure works.

Diyaar Al Muharraq is a new development situated on the northern shores of Muharraq, its amenities will include over 40 kilometres of waterfront, together with sandy beaches and will eventually accommodate over 100,000 people.

Delmon Readymix has been involved from the outset and has supplied over 150,000 cubic metres of concrete so far for the reclamation and infrastructure phases. This includes the casting of over 30,000 sea defense accropods.

Completed in 2011 the project involved the construction of a new quay wall to accommodate the latest supertankers at the ASRY shipyard. The 1,380-metre quay wall, with a water depth of up to 12 metres, was designed to receive 300,000 DWT vessels.

Delmon supplied 125,000 cubic metres of concrete to an onsite precast yard at a rate of 500 cubic metres per day, involving the casting of precast quay wall block units weighing up to 120 tonnes each.

Al Dur is the largest independent power and water desalination plant in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It generates 1,234 MW of electricity and produces 48 million gallons of desalinated water per day, taking the total power generation capacity of Bahrain to 4,000 MW.

The power station came into operation in February 2012. Delmon supplied over 40,000 cubic metres of concrete from both the Durrat and Salmabad operations.

Upgrading the Bahrain Map Junction near Tubli to a two-level junction with a flyover.

This project involved the construction of 7 span post tensioned bridges, with 3 lanes carriageways each side at the Junction Interchange, together with its associated slip roads.

The three level junction includes two-lane dual carriageway flyovers, a three-lane dual carriageway underpass and an at grade bridge. It is the first flyover in Bahrain to utilise a launching girder to install a total of 700 precast viaduct segments ranging from 60 to 140 tonnes each.

Delmon supplied 50N concrete to satisfy the extremely tight tolerances required for casting of the precast segments. In addition, 60N Smart Dynamic self-compacting concrete was also used.

Construction of a new four storey, 312 bed General Hospital to First Class International Standard in Busaiteen; together with all associated facilities, infrastructure, and site works.

The construction works encompassed a three-block configuration separated by courtyards. Each block is connected to its neighbors via two parallel sky-walks running east-west. The work also includes the construction of a car park capable of accommodating 951 cars and a Helipad.
