All of the Company’s ready mix plants are fully automated and computer controlled to ensure excellent batching accuracy and a consistent quality product. Each plant is fitted with the latest Command Batch control system and performance of each of the plants is monitored centrally.
All of the Company’s transit mixer and concrete pumps are fitted with the latest GPS tracking system, which is integrated with the Command Series central dispatch system. This provides the shipping team with an up-to-the-minute real-time view of all of the concrete pours in progress, enabling the full optimisation of the fleet to ensure on-time delivery to every site.
Delmon Readymix is the first company in the Middle East to install Command Alkon’s Precision Water System (PWS) on all of the Company’s main line batching plants. The system continually monitors the moisture of all sand and aggregate being used, ensuring that the precise amount of water is added to each batch to ensure compliance with any maximum water/cement ratios, and ensuring consistent slump is achieved time after time.
