Delmon’s main factory is situated centrally at Salmabad (Isa Town). It operates Bahrain’s highest-capacity concrete batching plants, with a combined output of 300 cubic metres of mixed concrete per hour four plants.

Concrete temperature control is achieved through the onsite KTI water chilling plant and 62-tonne capacity flaked ice plant. Both limestone and gabbro aggregates are stocked.

Our Hidd operation has two plants with a combined output of 200 cubic metres of concrete per hour and supplies the Hidd, Muharraq, Sitra, and East/Central Manama areas:

Concrete temperature control is achieved by two onsite KTI chilled water plants and flaked ice plants, with a combined capacity of 120 tonnes of ice per day.
All coarse aggregates are imported from the UAE and offloaded at our adjacent jetty facility. The Hidd aggregate storage area holds 80,000 tonnes of material.

Our North Alba operation was commissioned in 2017 to support the increased construction activity in the Southern Governorate. The operation has two plants with a combined output of 140 cubic metres of concrete per hour:

These plants can be mobilized at short notice and include all required water storage, admixture tanks, power generation, shaded aggregate storage bays, and ice facilities as required.
Our current site batch plant is located on Hawar Island for the re-development of the Hotel and associated facilities.
