ISO 45001:2018 Certification

Delmon Readymix strives for zero incidents/accidents by caring for the health & safety of all our employees, customers and the public. To support this, the Company employs full-time Safety Officers to provide training and support, ensuring the Company operates to international safety standards. We aim to lead health & safety improvements in the readymix industry in Bahrain.

The Company achieved the OHSAS 18001:2007 certification for health & safety management in 2010 and has since upgraded to the new ISO 45001:2018 standard.

The Company is passionate about protecting and supporting the health of our employees and has an on-site medical clinic, approved by the NHRA. Our nursing staff provides help, support, and advice to employees with all their health-related issues through support and training. Delmon Readymix is committed to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of all employees. The company has a team of internal Care Captains with assistance provided by the mental health team at the American Mission Hospital.
