Reaching over 240 metres in height the building consists of two iconic 50-storey towers.

Delmon supplied 100,000 cubic metres of concrete to the project. The Company achieved a record at that time in Bahrain by completing each of the two 4,000 cubic metre foundation pours in less than 24 hours. To reach the full height the company utilised a high-capacity static concrete pump and two hydraulic placing booms.
