The Avenues occupies a unique seafront location stretching 1.5 km, strategically located in the heart of Manama. Phase 1 of the project included the construction of the Grand Avenue, cinemas and food court, including 130 stores, along with restaurants overlooking Bahrain Bay. Phase 2B Phase II will add a further 218 stores and restaurants, two entertainment zones, a supermarket, and a basement car park with 1,330 parking spaces.
