Completed in 2011, the project involved constructing a new quay wall to accommodate the latest supertankers and jackup rigs at the ASRY shipyard. The 1,380-metre quay wall, with a water depth of up to 12 metres, was designed to receive 300,000 DWT vessels.

Delmon supplied 125,000 cubic metres of concrete to an onsite precast yard at a rate of 500 cubic metres per day, involving casting precast quay wall block units weighing up to 120 tonnes each.
